It is the buyers responsibility to take this puppy to their licensed vet within 72 hours of taking possession of the puppy. If possession occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, the buyer shall have another twenty-four hours to have the puppy examined. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect or health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy or a purchase price refund will be given, the choice of the breeder. This is provided the buyer contacts us within twenty-four hours of the exam, and the puppy is promptly returned with a signed statement from the vet stating the defect or problem. All documents given at the time of purchase must be returned with the puppy. We will send another puppy or a refund upon verification of the problem by our licensed vet. We will not be responsible for illness or health problems which are diagnosed after this 72 hour period. We will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 72 hours of sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be transmitted immediately after leaving the breeder.
We further guarantee this puppy for its first year of life to be free from any life-threatening congenital defects. We will replace it with another puppy if this occurs. Replacement will be with the first available puppy of equal quality and same sex. No money will be refunded. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for vet or medical bills incurred. If shipment is to be by airline or courier, we will arrange the shipping. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping expenses incurred. We will deliver the puppy to the airline in a suitable crate with food and water. The buyer should purchase insurance for protection against injury or death by fault of the airline or courier. We are not responsible for the puppy after it leaves our care.
